NEW CALLS OF THE MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND HIGHER EDUCATION

On 1 January 2022, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education opened a call under the following programmes:

  1. Social Responsibility of Science

  1. Excellent Science

Due to the limited number of applications to be submitted by MUW under the afore-said programmes, i.e.:

  1. Social Responsibility of Science:
    1. popularization of science and promotion of sports: a maximum of 5 applications,
    2. support for scientific libraries: a maximum of 2 applications;
  2. Excellent Science:
    1. support of scientific conferences: a maximum of 5 applications,
    2. support of scientific monographs: a maximum of 5 applications,

the persons interested in submitting an application are kindly asked to fill in and send within 9 February 2022 a scan of a signed Project Initiative (template of the Project Initiative). If the maximum number of applications is exceeded, they will be subject to selection procedure conducted by the University Governance.

 

At the same time, we inform you that under each of the afore-said programmes, it is required to make one’s own contribution in an amount not lower than 10% of the project’s value. The initiators whose projects are chosen by the University Governance will be obliged to secure funds for covering their own contribution and present, prior to the submission of the application, Appendix No. 1a to the Rules and Regulations of Project Implementation at the Medical University of Warsaw approved by the funds administrator (Decision of the Rector No. 50/2018 of 29 May 2018) titled: Form “Sources of financing costs in projects” (Form template) .

 

The call for applications is conducted via the Integrated System of Services for Science – Funding Streams Support (ZSUN OSF) within 18 March 2022.

The application preparation schedule at MUW shall be presented to the selected Initiators.
