Horizon Europe - Orientations towards the first Strategic Plan implementing the research and innovation framework programme Horizon Europe

Following the partial political agreement reached between the European Parliament and the Council on Horizon Europe in April 2019 on the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation for 2021 – 2027, the Commission is now preparing for the implementation of this programme, pending agreement on its budget as part of the general agreement on the Union's multi-annual financing framework and adoption of this programme.
