National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR) – IV INFOSTRATEG call for theme projects

The goal of the fourth edition of the programme is to select the research contractors within the four areas:

• THEME 1. Intelligent speech processing system for doctors,
• THEME 5. Intelligent machine for apple picking,
• THEME 7. Intelligent correspondence dispatcher,
• THEME 8. Petitioner’s assistant in public utilities (the call involves also contact with one of the following public offices: municipal office, registry office or tax office.

The call is solely for the following entities registered and running their activity in the territory of Poland:

• scientific entities – implementing the project and implementing the project’s outcome autonomously, or
• enterprises – implementing the project and implementing the project’s outcome autonomously, or
• consortia – consisting of a maximum of 3 entities:
  • scientific entities only;
  • enterprises only;
  • enterprises and scientific entities

The consortium leader is the entity implementing the project outcome.

The co-financing may be allocated for the performance of the basic research, industrial research, experimental developmental work and pre-implementation work. The project must include the performance of experimental developmental work and pre-implementation work (the performance of basic research and industrial research is not obligatory for receiving the co-financing).

The project must be implemented in 3 phases encompassing:

• Phase I: tasks comprising basic research or industrial research or experimental developmental work,
• Phase II: tasks comprising industrial research or experimental developmental work,
• Phase III: tasks comprising industrial research or experimental developmental work or pre-implementation works.
