NAWA Solidarity with Ukraine – announcement of call for applications

The aim of the Programme is to enable the Programme participants, i.e. students and doctoral students who are Ukrainian citizens and arrived in Poland as of 24 February 2022, to continue their university education, their doctoral thesis research or to follow other forms of education at Polish universities and institutions from March to September 2022.

Eligible activities (obligatory activities) for HEIs supervised by the Minister of Health:

1) admitting the Programme participants to study without any fees in the summer semester at the faculty of medicine,

2) ensuring participation in preparatory course not shorter than 15 hours of classes per week,

3) payment of scholarships for all Programme participants. Payment of scholarships for the Programme participant is obligatory all throughout the period when the participant takes part in the activity(s) as described in items 1 – 2 and is staying on the territory of Poland,

4) ensure psychological and legal care related to education.

The Applicant must guarantee at least one of the activities from items 1 – 2 and activities indicated in items 3 and 4.
