“For Women and Science” Programme (2022) in collaboration between L’Oréal Polska Sp. z o.o., Polish National Commission for UNESCO, Minister of Science and Higher Education, Polish Academy of Science and UNGC Network Poland

• The Programme objective is to provide financial support for and promotion of talented woman scientists conducting research studies in biological, medical and agricultural sciences (hereinafter jointly referred to as “Life Sciences”). The organizer, the Polish Commission for UNESCO, Minister of Science and Higher Education, Polish Academy of Science and UNGC Network Poland would like to express their acknowledgment for their achievements and encourage them to continue with their work leading to the development of science by means of awarding the Programme Winners.
• The call in 2022 will be conducted within the period from 8 March to 31 October 2022.
• Deadline for sending applications is the period from 8 March to 15 April 2022.
• Official announcement of the winners will take place not later than by 31 October 2022.

• The programme is addressed to woman-scientists:

1) who conduct scientific research in Life Sciences with the aim to earn the Master’s Degree,
2) who conduct scientific research in Life Sciences with the aim to earn the PhD Degree.
3) who conduct scientific research in Life Sciences with the aim to implement a scientific development being a basis for earning the associate professor’s degre.

• The amount of the scholarships in the call for Winners:

1) who conduct research studies aiming at earning the Master’s Degree – annual scholarship in a total amount of PLN 20,000.00;
2) who conduct studies aiming at earning the PhD Degree annual scholarship in a total amount of PLN 30,000.00;
3) who conduct studies aiming at earning the associate professor’s degree – annual scholarship in a total amount of PLN 35,000.00.
