NCBR – 2nd Call under the INNOGLOBO Programme

The call under the INNOGLOBO Programme is to enable entities from Poland to start research and development cooperation.

The cooperation should be initiated (within various thematic areas) with foreign partners from those countries with which Poland is maintaining diplomatic relationships, and the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR) does not regularly organize bilateral calls.

Under the programme, the applicants have a chance to obtain financing for the implementation of international projects of various budgets, regarding various thematic areas, including the totally uncommon subjects.  The requirements for applications submitted in the call include the participation in the project at least one foreign partner and that the thematic scope of the project shall fit into the current list of the National Smart Specialization.

The NCBR budget allocated for financing the participation of Polish entities is PLN 10 million, whereas:
- the minimum amount for financing the tasks implemented under the project by the Polish Applicant shall be PLN 400 thousand;
- the maximum amount for financing the tasks implemented under the project by the Polish Applicant shall be PLN 1,5 million.

For research organisations, the intensity of financing for the project implementation may amount to 100% of the qualified costs.
